MATERIAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Clothing and Household Items: More than 15,000 families visit the Crisis Assistance Ministry Free Store -- located at our uptown location at 500-A Spratt Street -- each year to receive donated clothing and household items at no charge. This store exists because of our generous community. If you have items you would like to donate to our neighbors in need, we invite you to visit our agency and drop them off. There is a clearly-marked drop-off area where staff will be happy to assist you.
Donations We Accept: We accept items of clothing for men, women and children, as well as household items such as blankets, kitchenware and personal care products. Please be mindful of providing clothing items that are clean and wearable.
Top Priorities: We are always in need of winter coats, men's clothing and shoes, all extra large size clothing, blankets, linens and cookware.
Please note that we prefer in-season clothing, given our limited storage space.

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
1st, 2nd & 3rd Saturday of each month:
9 am-1 pm

Furniture and Appliances: Over 2,000 families are helped each year with free items from our store in the Southend/Tremont Avenue area. If you have items you would like to donate to families in need, please send us an email. Limited pick-up service is available for larger items.
Donations We Accept: Furniture and appliances that are in good working condition are always needed. Stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, washers and dryers, mattresses, dressers and chests of drawers, kitchen/dining room tables and dinette sets, sofas and loveseats, and chairs are in high demand.
