How To Get To Our Uptown Location

Crisis Assistance Ministry is located at 500-A Spratt Street in Charlotte, near the corner of North Graham Street and Statesville Avenue, just north of uptown Charlotte.

From UNCC or University Area

Take I-85 South to the Statesville Avenue exit. Make a left onto Statesville Avenue headed toward downtown. You will pass through 4 lights. At the fourth light, you will see Rite Aid's warehouse on your left. Continue ahead in the right lane. After you cross the railroad tracks, make a right onto Oliver Street and then a left onto Spratt Street. Crisis Assistance Ministry is the second building on the left (next to the Salvation Army).

From Independence Blvd. Or Eastland Area

Take 277W (Brookshire Freeway West). Take the Church Street exit (This is exit 3B, and is also called 12th Street). Get in the right lane and continue toward Graham Street. Make a right onto Graham Street and immediately get into the left lane. At the second light, the road splits. Take a left at this light, which is Statesville Avenue. Then make your first left onto Oliver Street and then a left onto Spratt Street. Crisis Assistance Ministry is the second building on the left (next to the Salvation Army).

From South Charlotte, Rock Hill

Take I-77 North to Brookshire Freeway East. Get off at the first exit, which is Graham Street. At the bottom of the ramp, stay to the right and merge onto Graham Street (going away from downtown) and immediately get into the left lane. At the second light, the road splits. Take a left at this light, which is Statesville Avenue. Then make your first left onto Oliver Street and then a left onto Spratt Street. Crisis Assistance Ministry is the second building on the left (next to the Salvation Army).

From Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson

Take I-77 south to the LaSalle Street exit. Make a left onto LaSalle Street. At the second light, take a right onto Statesville Avenue. Drive 1.5 to 2 miles. There will be a stoplight with a convenience store on the right and an Eckerd's Warehouse on the left. Continue ahead in the right lane. After you cross the railroad tracks, make a right onto Oliver Street and then a left onto Spratt Street. Crisis Assistance Ministry is the second building on the left (next to the Salvation Army). 

From Gastonia, Charlotte Douglas Airport Area

Take I-85 north to the Brookshire Freeway East exit. Merge right onto Brookshire Freeway toward downtown. Take the Graham Street exit. At the bottom of the ramp, stay to the right and merge onto Graham Street (going away from downtown) and immediately get into the left lane. At the second light, the road splits. Take a left at this light, which is Statesville Ave. Then make your first left onto Oliver Street and then a left onto Spratt Street.
