Our agency has been providing help, hope and understanding to people in need in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community for over 30 years. A lot goes on here in our building each day. Hundreds of people are served by caring staff members and volunteers; generous community members donate, sort and distribute thousands of clothing and household items for people who need them; and people from all walks of life come together here to make our community a better place.
