Stacey Says Thanks for Your Compassion

Due to job loss and lack of income caused by the pandemic, this holiday season is a lot harder for many people in our community. Stacey has seen this firsthand with the families she has been assisting in the Free Store and wants to say thank you for your compassion and generosity.

December 21, 2020

You may remember Stacey from a video in December 2019. She previously served as a warehouse coordinator working with volunteers and is now happy to be helping customers shop for clothing and household goods as the Free Store manager.

The Free Store is a place where neighbors in Mecklenburg County can shop free of charge for essential items, allowing them to redirect their limited financial resources to bills and other expenses. Your donations of money, clothing, household goods, and volunteer time make this possible.

Due to job loss and lack of income caused by the pandemic, this winter is a lot harder for many people in our community. Stacey has seen this firsthand with the families she has been assisting and is grateful for your compassion and generosity.

By making a financial donation today, you can give the gift of home and provide hope to more people in Charlotte-Mecklenburg.
