Crisis Assistance Ministry Partner Agencies are a network of human service organizations that serve people in poverty in Mecklenburg County. These are typically either 501c3 nonprofits or government agencies.
To become a Partner Agency, organizations complete a short online application. Once the application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions on completing training for emergency financial assistance and furniture and/or appliance referrals.
If you are an organization with questions about becoming a Partner Agency or the online portal, please email [email protected].
Partner Agency staff is available Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, except holidays.
Partner Agencies may shop for clothing and household goods on behalf of the individuals and families they serve. Items are offered in bulk and free-of-charge to nonprofits for distribution directly to low-income Mecklenburg County residents. This service is only available by appointment. To schedule a Partner Agency Shopping visit, please email our Partner Agency team directly.
