Partner Agencies

Crisis Assistance Ministry Partner Agencies are a network of human service organizations serving Mecklenburg County residents. These are typically 501(c)(3) nonprofits or government agencies that identify a need for emergency financial assistance, appliances, or other basic needs while providing services for their customers.

Becoming A Partner Agency

To become a Partner Agency, organizations complete a short online application.  Once received, a member of our team will contact you to review the application and discuss applicable services. Once approved, individual staff members will be invited to complete online training and/or access approved services on behalf of your customers.

Applications are made on behalf of an entire organization or agency. Individual employees of existing partner agencies seeking training should consult their internal point of contact or email our Partner Agency team for more information.

If you have any questions about being a Partner Agency or the online portal, please email our Partner Agency team.

Partner Agency staff is available Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, except holidays.
